No seriously, send as many projects as you like! If you can provide clear direction and all text, images and logos required to complete your design - the project is covered by this plan. Some popular examples are menu updates, business cards, flyers, mailers, and web graphics.

 

By default, projects will be completed in the order they were received, one at a time. A project is marked 'complete' after revisions have been addressed and you have received the final version. When that happens I'll automatically move on to your next project.

Want to prioritize a project? Just let me know and I'll adjust the queue.

 

The fine print: This plan is not meant replace an entire marketing department or agency. To provide the best possible service to every client, any project that would take hours of planning and/or research to complete are not covered (for example branding, logos, catalogs). If you need help with these types of projects Pixeljett can still help, but they'll be quoted and billed separately.

 

Unlimited Revisions

Not happy with your new design? No problem! Pixeljett will work with you to make it right. Send as many revisions as you need.

No Contract Commitment

Cancel any time you like by sending your cancellation request to andy@pixeljett.com. If you've already been billed for the current month you can continue to send projects until the end of your billing cycle. There are no refunds for the unused portion of any billed month.

 

Professional Print/Web-Ready Designs

Your designs will be delivered as print-ready PDFs (outlined fonts, embedded images, bleeds, etc) OR web-ready images (RGB images optimized for web).

 

Up to 5 Employees Per Department/Location

Most small businesses will pay only 1 monthly fee that will support their entire business (maximum 5 users).

Larger businesses with distinct business units will be billed 1 monthly fee per department/location (maximum 5 users per department).

 

Billed Securely through Square

Pay online with your credit card securely through Square. Store your payment information safely to make future payments faster. For your safety, please do not submit your credit card information to Pixeljett directly. You'll receive a monthly invoice until you request to cancel your plan.

 

Auto-pay Available

Choose the auto-pay option to be automatically billed each month. This is recommended to avoid interruptions in your service.

 

14 Day Money-Back Guarantee

Unlimited service not right for your business? You may cancel your plan within 14 days of the first payment. Your card will be refunded - no big woop. (Applies only to clients that have never tried this plan before).

Because there is no long-term commitment, there are no refunds for any reason outside of this trial period.

Bring your new design to life with custom print solutions fulfilled by Pixeljett! I'll find the right printer to meet your budget and deadline needs (printing and shipping costs are billed per project).
